Here are some pics of our one and only trip in 2007 (to Hawaii). There's quite a few cause these are probably the only pictures of us I have from last year. Thats pretty sad... I need to better about taking more pictures this next year... That's my new years resolution!

A waterfall on the road to H*** (I mean Hana...) It was like a 7 hour drive on a winding road going 20 miles per hour. It was beautiful, but took forever. You can't tell from this picture, but this waterfall was huge!

I think this is my favorite sunset pic! I love the boats.
Soaking wet on this rafting tour! We had sooo much fun on this. You would go over waves that were seriously 20ft swells. It was insane! It felt like a rollercoater. We also got to go snorkling and into these sea caves. Definately one of the highlights of the trip.
My mom paid for us all to do these surfing lessons. They were so pointless. The boards were so big that all you had to do was stand up and you were technically "surfing." Derek wasn't the best at this (I think he was just too tall..) Finally a sport I can beat him in!
My favorite beach here- Kapalua Beach.
Our last night... Derek took me on a date where we went to watch the sunset, went shopping on the boardwalk, and out to dinner at this nice seafood restaurant that overlooked the ocean. We were sad to go, but had soooo much fun. Can't wait to go back.

Yeah! I am so excited that you guys have a blog now too! I found your blog from coopers. Anyway I have never seen pictures from your hawaii trip. You took some great sunset pictures. Looking at those pictures makes me want to go some where warm so bad! Well hopefully we will be down soon and we can go and do something. Maybe to try and enjoy the winter weather we can give snowboarding a shot...
Jess! Do you realize how ridiculous we are? Very little contact in what, about 2 years? Omigosh. I am glad you have a blog, now we can keep up to date. I want to see pictures of your house!!! You should post some, like now, k? You are such lucky ducks...a real house, and hawaii...what other tricks do you have up your sleeve?
ok so I already typed you a comment, but it kicked me off!! Anyways... I am glad to see you joined the masses! It gets addicting! Also, we really need to come see your house... we really don't make it too far from home, but will venture out one of these days! It really is pretty close.
