This last holiday season we...
Enjoyed using our new rolling/scooting skills to get into pretty much everything- especially the presents and needles from the christmas tree... Yum!
Helped Dad celebrate and open his birthday presents, since it's just a little before chrismas- Happy Birthday Derek! It was one of those not-so-fun sunday birthdays, but I think we still made the best of it.
Saw our first christmas tree...
and couldn't resist grabbing/trying to eat all the ornaments
Got all bundled up to bear the cold and see the lights at temple square with Derek's fam
(but it was worth it)
Me and the babe under our favorite red tree- hence all the red..
Couldn't wait to get into these...
Discovered a new-found love of tissue and wrapping paper, opening presents at grandmas Christmas morning...
and of shoes... She's definately a girly girl!
Helped open more toys at another grandma's.... (after eating the famous breakfast at a great-grandma's)
and opened more at another great grandma's with grandpa...
rushed back to grandma's to talk to this guy
and finally got home to relax with the fam (minus dad taking the picture) A very belated Merry Christmas from us! We had a very busy but good one...

Busy busy busy! Really love the green shoes and the last picture of you and the babe. She is just beautiful, Jess!
Ok I told Wes she looks just like Derek... but then I saw a pic of her with you and you could be her twin... so who do you think?! She is so cute and I LOVE her brown eyes!! I am glad you FINALLY posted an update!! Kidding! But seriously I haven't seen your little one since she was like 1 week old!! So crazy!! Hope things are going well, and one day we will have everyone over! Wes will be traveling for the next few weeks, but soon! I promise!
Love those fat cheeks in her hats, to die for! Such a fun age. Aren't holidays the greatest with kids??
